JUMPEOPLE informs that once search results are displayed, other offers with similar services provided by third parties may appear, different from those initially shown, as well as different prices if the page is reloaded. The display of a search result does not guarantee the availability and/or price of the service until the reservation is confirmed and paid through the Reservation System.
Likewise, receiving a search result without completing the reservation does not grant the User the right to make claims related to the intermediation in the sale or contracting of services offered by third parties through the Reservation System or other search platforms.
The User confirms they are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to perform legal acts and enter into binding commitments.
The User also agrees to use the Reservation System solely to acquire the services available under these Terms and Conditions, always in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Panama.
It is strictly forbidden for the User to provide illegal or offensive content or to carry out actions contrary to applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, good customs, and social coexistence principles. The User agrees to consult and book services using their own data and to make the payment with their own credit/debit card or another card with express authorization for its use.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary and valid documentation for the provision of the acquired services, such as a valid ID, current passport, required visas, and other documents that may be needed depending on the service or country of provision.
The User is obligated to verify all relevant information related to the services, including health requirements, terrorist threats, and other applicable conditions.
The User is responsible for the validity and accuracy of the information provided, as well as for any issues resulting from missing documents, visas, or health conditions, since errors may cause failures, modifications, or cancellations of services. The User must also comply with all requirements established by the Service Providers.
During the booking process, the User agrees to provide true and up-to-date information. JUMPEOPLE is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the User during the reservation process.

Liability Clause in Service Delivery
JUMPEOPLE acts solely as an intermediary platform for managing bookings of travel services, including but not limited to car rentals, flights, activities, events, hotels, and parks. Under no circumstances is JUMPEOPLE the direct provider of the service booked by the user.
The user acknowledges and accepts that the actual provision of the contracted service is the sole responsibility of the respective provider. Any incident, service denial, cancellation, modification, or other issue related to service execution must be addressed directly with the provider. JUMPEOPLE assumes no liability for service delivery issues caused by the provider or the user.
The user expressly releases JUMPEOPLE from any claim, compensation, or indemnity arising from the service provided by the supplier, including but not limited to non-compliance, lack of availability, quality issues, or any other matter unrelated to the booking intermediation.
In case of dispute, the user must contact the service provider directly, without prejudice to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Flights
The entities responsible for providing air transport services are IATA-accredited airlines. These airlines, named during the booking process and on the issued ticket, are solely responsible for the correct execution of the flight.
JUMPEOPLE provides a voucher or booking confirmation, but the flight ticket is issued directly by the airline.
Airlines: JUMPEOPLE acts strictly as an intermediary via consolidators directly connected to the airlines, managing the transaction and facilitating reservation confirmation on behalf of the user.
Air transport service provision is the sole responsibility of the airline and is subject to its terms and conditions, presented to the user during the booking process. Any post-purchase claim must be directed to the airline.
Transport Contract: The contract is between the airline (transport provider) and the user. JUMPEOPLE does not provide air transport services and is not responsible for flight execution. Contracts made through our website are subject to the terms of the specified providers.
Flight Ticket Purchase: The user must accept these Terms and Conditions and the specific service conditions before completing the purchase. JUMPEOPLE charges a non-refundable booking management fee. Confirmation is sent via email.
Flight Reservation Cancellation by Carrier: JUMPEOPLE is not liable for flight changes or cancellations made by airlines. Claims must be directed to the airline.
Reservation Changes: The user can modify the reservation directly with the airline. Associated costs depend on the airline’s fare policies.
Correct Email Address: The user must provide a valid email to receive proper support from JUMPEOPLE.
The user may optionally purchase travel assistance and/or cancellation insurance, subject to availability and conditions set by both the insurer and JUMPEOPLE. The user is responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before purchase.
MultiLine Service
The "MultiLine" service, available in the JUMPEOPLE Reservation System, consists of a trip with at least two flight connections, with one or more stopovers, and possibly multiple carriers. Each ticket is issued separately for each flight segment. Every ticket included in the "MultiLine" is considered a separate service, regardless of whether they come from one or more carriers. This combination of flights obtained through the Reservation System is referred to as the "Trip."
Purchasing MultiLine Tickets
When purchasing MultiLine tickets, the User acquires several tickets for multiple flights with one or more stopovers. Tickets issued by one or more carriers during a single process are not combined into a single ticket. Each segment is represented by a separate ticket.
Baggage Rules and Required Documentation
Since MultiLine involves separate tickets for each flight, the User must be aware of the baggage policies of each carrier for every segment of the Trip. The User must also ensure they have all necessary documents such as entry/transit visas, vaccination cards, or others required for the MultiLine service or transits. The User must verify all applicable requirements and restrictions.
Risks Associated with Short Connections
Purchasing separate tickets can involve risks due to limited time between connections. Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes may result in missed flights. The User is solely responsible for handling these scenarios and any additional costs. JUMPEOPLE, the airline, or the consolidator shall not be held responsible.
MultiLine Availability
Availability depends on the airline ticket offers and the criteria set by the User. Compatibility and availability vary according to routes and schedules provided by carriers.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the flight connections, travel documents, and logistics of the Trip are appropriate before purchasing the MultiLine service.
Accommodations
JUMPEOPLE provides access to hotel services via jumpeople.com, offered by Providers, and facilitates the booking process. JUMPEOPLE is not a party to the hotel service contract, which is between the User and the Provider. JUMPEOPLE assists with completing the reservation but is not responsible for the execution of the services.
Hotel services are tailored to User preferences: destination, trip type, accommodation standard, and User segment. Information on hotels, including photos and features, is based on Provider data. JUMPEOPLE is not liable for its accuracy.
Contracts are governed by each Provider’s terms and conditions. JUMPEOPLE acts solely as an intermediary, enabling Users to reserve services. Services include access to national and international accommodations with customizable options.
Payment is made directly to JUMPEOPLE based on the chosen service. JUMPEOPLE handles reservation confirmation, payment processing, and post-sale communication but is not liable for service quality. Confirmation will be sent via email including total price, taxes, and fees unless otherwise indicated.
Cancellation policies depend on the Provider and are detailed in the confirmation or specific terms. Claims must be addressed directly to the Provider.
Hotel star ratings are informative and non-binding. JUMPEOPLE does not guarantee accuracy. Payments to JUMPEOPLE are non-refundable, as the service has already been rendered.
Hostelworld
JUMPEOPLE acts exclusively as an intermediary platform to facilitate access to the booking services managed by Hostelworld, concerning accommodations in hostels and other establishments. Below are the specific conditions applicable to the use of this module:
By using the Hostelworld module, the user acknowledges and agrees that the booking is made directly with Hostelworld, which means that any contractual relationship associated with the booking is established solely between the user and Hostelworld. Bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of Hostelworld, which will be presented during the booking process for acceptance.
Any payment made in connection with a booking through the Hostelworld module will be processed directly by Hostelworld or by third parties designated by them for this purpose. JUMPEOPLE is not involved in the management or reconciliation of payments related to these bookings.
JUMPEOPLE assumes no responsibility for changes, cancellations, errors, disputes, inconveniences, or other incidents related to bookings managed on the Hostelworld platform. Any claims or requests related to these bookings should be directed solely to Hostelworld.
The user acknowledges that for any inquiry, modification request, cancellation, or complaint related to a booking made through the Hostelworld module, they should contact Hostelworld’s customer service directly. JUMPEOPLE does not provide support for issues that occur with bookings finalized on that platform.
Car Rental
The following provisions apply specifically to the car rental services offered through the platform, which facilitates the management of bookings. While the booking is made through JUMPEOPLE, the rental agreement is formalized when the car is picked up at the service provider’s counter, where the terms of the contract are signed. It is important to comply with both the booking terms and the rental contract, as failure to do so may result in additional charges or even the cancellation of the booking.
JUMPEOPLE acts solely as a platform enabling service providers to promote their car rental offers. At no time does it engage directly in the contract signed between the car provider and the user. Therefore, it is essential that the user provides the correct information for managing the booking and carefully reads both the booking terms and the rental contract to avoid any surprises or inconveniences.
It is crucial that the user arrives on time at the rental counter with all the required documentation and ensures that all the provider’s rental requirements are met. As a delegated service platform, JUMPEOPLE does not refund the charge for using its website to make the reservation or purchase. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the contract with the car provider will be subject to the provider's terms and conditions.
The amount paid by the consumer through our platform is solely for the car reservation.
Regarding payments for additional services, these should be made at the time of vehicle pickup, and the availability of these services is not guaranteed. Any selected extra service will be paid for where the service is acquired. Additionally, drivers must meet the age requirements and have the appropriate and valid documentation at the time of vehicle delivery. Extra charges may apply for additional services, and there may be specific requirements depending on the rental country.
Most car rental companies require the user to leave a security deposit when picking up the vehicle. However, specific conditions may vary depending on the rental company and other factors, such as the selected insurance option.
Some car rental companies already include insurance in the booking price, while others offer it separately. In the latter case, the user can select the desired coverage option when picking up the vehicle and must pay the corresponding amount directly to the rental company.
Activities, Events, and Parks
JUMPEOPLE acts exclusively as a platform to manage the bookings or purchases made by the User. JUMPEOPLE is not part of the contract that the User enters into with the Service Provider, and the cost of managing the reservation or purchase of a ticket, activity, event, or park is non-refundable.
It is the User's responsibility to carefully read the terms and conditions related to the use and operation of the activities, tours, events, and parks. In addition, the User must follow the rules set for each of these activities and areas.
The User has the obligation to ensure they have the necessary documentation and meet the minimum requirements set to access activities, events, tours, and parks. Any limitation, such as access restrictions or the need for modification or cancellation, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the organizer of these activities or services.
Some specific restrictions, such as age, minimum height, weight, or other factors determined by the Provider, may affect the User’s ability to enjoy the services offered. It is the User's responsibility to check and understand the Provider's terms and conditions, ensuring they comply with the regulations stipulated to participate properly.
It is important to note that all tourism activities, events, and parks carry inherent risks, and the User must be aware of these risks when participating. JUMPEOPLE is not responsible for any injury or damage the User may suffer when participating in these activities.
Tickets for the events module are non-refundable under any circumstances and do not allow modifications or cancellations. However, the User has the option to purchase cancellation insurance from MAPFRE, which covers the ticket amount according to the policy terms. In the case of activities and parks, the possibility of making modifications or cancellations will depend on the conditions set by each provider.
Linked Travel Services
THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR SALES FROM EU MEMBER COUNTRIES AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
Linked travel services consist of at least two different types of travel services contracted for the same trip or vacation, where separate contracts are entered into with each travel service provider, provided that JUMPEOPLE facilitates:
However, the creation of linked travel services is not considered, even if the conditions above are met, when a single type of travel service (passenger transport, accommodation for non-residential purposes that is not part of passenger transport, car rental, or other motor vehicles) is combined with one or more different tourist services that are not an integral part of the service, and whose value is less than 25% of the total value of the linked travel services, and are not considered an important element of that combination.
In addition, linked travel services do not include services lasting less than 24 hours unless they include accommodation.
For the situations covered in this clause, JUMPEOPLE has subscribed to a TRAVEL AGENCY BOND INSURANCE with MARKEL INSURANCE SE, SPAIN BRANCH (Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 1, Planta 35, 28020 Madrid, markel@delegado-datos.com, W2764898I). This insurance is activated if the services purchased cannot be provided due to the insolvency of JUMPEOPLE. If this occurs, users can contact the insurer as stated in this clause.
Combined Travel Services
THIS ONLY APPLIES FOR SALES FROM EU MEMBER COUNTRIES AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
A "combined trip" is defined as the combination of at least two different types of travel services for the same trip or vacation, when these services are combined by a single business, either at the request of the traveler or according to their selection, before a single contract is made for all services. A combined trip also includes those where the travel services are combined after the contract is concluded, allowing the choice between different types of travel services, or if the services are offered, sold, or billed at a global price or advertised under the term "combined trip" or a similar designation.
A combined trip occurs under any of these conditions:
In combined trips, the traveler has the obligation to immediately inform the organizer of any non-conformity to seek a prompt solution.
If a significant proportion of the combined trip services cannot be provided, the organizer must offer suitable alternatives at no extra cost. If these alternatives are of lower quality, a price reduction will apply. The traveler has the right to reject alternatives that are not comparable or that involve inadequate reductions.
For this provision, JUMPEOPLE has subscribed to a TRAVEL AGENCY BOND INSURANCE with MARKEL INSURANCE SE, SPAIN BRANCH (Plaza Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 1, Planta 35, 28020 Madrid, markel@delegado-datos.com, W2764898I). This insurance comes into effect if the services purchased cannot be provided due to JUMPEOPLE's insolvency. In such cases, users can contact the insurer as provided in this clause.
Additional Services
As part of the services offered, users can book additional services subject to the fees specified during the transaction process in the Reservation System. These services, selected and paid for by the user, form an integral part of the purchased service package.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is a service that JUMPEOPLE does not offer or manage under any circumstances. This process is the exclusive responsibility of the airline and must be carried out directly by the user through the channels provided by the airline for this purpose.
JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in any aspect related to online check-in or the generation of boarding passes. Therefore, any inquiries, management, or issues related to this service must be handled directly with the relevant airline.
In the case of changes made directly by the airline or at the user’s request, JUMPEOPLE will not be responsible for managing the online check-in or any potential inconveniences or costs associated with it. We recommend that the user review the check-in conditions and deadlines set by the airline to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Preferred Seat Reservation
JUMPEOPLE does not offer preferred seat reservation as a direct option within its platforms. This process depends solely on the policy and availability of the airline with which the user makes the booking.
If the airline allows seat selection, the user must manage this option directly with them, subject to their terms and conditions. JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in the choice, assignment, modification, or refund related to seat reservations.
Users are advised to review the airline's specific terms and conditions for information on seat selection availability and applicable terms. JUMPEOPLE assumes no responsibility for changes or issues related to this service.
Additional Insurance Subscription
JUMPEOPLE offers users the option to purchase additional insurance through third parties such as MAPFRE and Airhelp. The purchase of any insurance implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth by the respective insurer as well as the terms and conditions of JUMPEOPLE.
Cancellation Insurance (MAPFRE)
Users can purchase cancellation insurance with MAPFRE for both events and flights. This insurance allows the user to request a refund of the ticket amount in the case of cancellation, provided the conditions in the policy are met.
Coverage, exclusions, and requirements for requesting a refund are subject to the conditions detailed in the insurance policy.
JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in the management of the insurance or the refund process. Any claims or inquiries regarding the insurance must be made directly to MAPFRE.
It is the user’s responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions of the insurance before purchasing.
Users are advised to carefully review the terms of the purchased insurance to understand the coverage and procedures applicable in case of cancellation.
Travel Assistance Insurance (MAPFRE)
For flight bookings, users can choose to purchase travel medical assistance insurance with MAPFRE. This insurance may cover medical expenses due to illness or accident, repatriation, legal assistance, lost luggage, among other benefits, provided the conditions in the policy are met.
Coverage and exclusions for this insurance are detailed in the insurance policy.
JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in the management of the insurance. Any claims or inquiries regarding the insurance must be made directly to MAPFRE.
It is the user’s responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions of the insurance before purchasing.
Users are advised to carefully review the terms of the purchased insurance to understand the coverage.
Airhelp
When purchasing a flight with JUMPEOPLE, users can access the standard Airhelp claim benefits. Airhelp facilitates the claims process with airlines to obtain compensation in the event of flight delays or cancellations. If the claim is successful, Airhelp deducts a 35% fee from the compensation received.
Airhelp Plus
For flight bookings, users can purchase a temporary Airhelp Plus plan, which provides assistance with the claim process without any service fee. If the claim is successful, the user receives 100% of the compensation.
Additionally, with the Airhelp Plus plan, users can choose to purchase one or more of the following Airhelp products for an additional cost:
Coverage and exclusions for these products are detailed in the respective insurance policies.
JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in the management of these insurances or the claims process. Any inquiries or claims should be directed to Airhelp.
It is the user’s responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions of the insurance before purchasing.
The user is responsible for reviewing the conditions of the purchased insurance to understand the scope of coverage and applicable procedures in each case.
Invoice Issuance and Delivery
Electronic Invoice for Services Purchased
For services purchased through the website jumpeople.com, we (Jumpeople) will issue an electronic invoice that includes the data provided by the User at the time of purchase.
By making a purchase and accepting the terms, the User agrees to receive electronic invoices.
Sending Electronic Invoices: Electronic invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the User in the personal form of the Booking System.
Modifications to Issued Invoices: If changes to the data of a previously issued electronic invoice are requested, they will be implemented in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
If the JUMPEOPLE Booking System allows this option, users can choose between the following payment methods for services provided through the website jumpeople.com:
Payment by debit or credit card.
Use of an e-wallet (if enabled).
The user selects the preferred payment method in the personal form within the Booking System.
Secure Card Payment Transaction
Payment by debit, credit card, or another payment system specified by JUMPEOPLE is a secure transaction carried out as follows:
Selection and Payment Details:
The user selects the card as the payment method and fills in the required fields in the personal form of the Booking System with the corresponding card details.
Authorization and Charge:
Once the booking is made, the Booking System simultaneously processes payment authorization and validates the availability of the selected service. The transaction is completed only when both processes are successfully confirmed, at which point the booking confirmation is sent to the User. If either process fails, the booking will remain in a pending or failed state.
Failed Bookings:
If the transaction is not completed correctly but the amount has been charged to the User, the refund will be automatically processed after 24 hours. The time it takes for the User to receive the funds will depend on the recipient bank.
Pending Bookings:
These bookings will be updated within a maximum of 24 hours for flight, accommodation, rental car, activities, and park modules, changing to confirmed or failed depending on the outcome of the process.
If the booking becomes failed and the charge has already been made, the automatic refund process described above will apply.
For the events module, the booking status update may take up to 72 hours.
Users are advised to pay attention to system notifications and, in case of doubts, contact JUMPEOPLE's customer service.
The corresponding charge is automatically applied to the amount for the services purchased.
Payment Platform:
Single Charge: The total amount of the booking will be processed in a single transaction by JUMPEOPLE. Your payment statement will reflect the corresponding total amount, with no additional charges from other entities.
Billing Currencies: The booking charge will be made in one of the following currencies, depending on where the booking is made: USD (US dollars), EUR (euros), or GBP (British pounds). The amount will be charged in the currency selected by the system based on the service location.
RESERVATIONS AND COSTS
By making a reservation on the website jumpeople.com, you agree to pay the total cost of the acquired services, including all applicable charges and taxes.
The visible prices may be rounded to the nearest whole number.
In case of obvious errors or typos, JUMPEOPLE will not be obligated to honor the incorrect price. For example, if a luxury service is mistakenly offered for €1, the reservation may be canceled and any amount paid will be refunded.
Struck-through prices represent the original rates of a similar service, applicable without the visible discount.
ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR ACQUIRED SERVICES
It is important for the user to consider that airports, piers, and other services contracted with external providers may include additional costs not covered in the final invoice. These costs may include, among others:
The user is responsible for carefully reading the terms and conditions associated with each contracted service, as well as investigating any additional applicable costs.
JUMPEOPLE has no control over these costs nor responsibility for their application, as they are subject to the policies of the corresponding provider.
DYNAMIC PRICES AND CHANGES
The prices of acquired services are dynamic and can change at any time. Confirmed reservations will not be affected by these variations, except in case of obvious errors.
In case of an evident error in the price after confirming a reservation, JUMPEOPLE will contact you to offer you the correct amount or will cancel the reservation.
TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Prices displayed on jumpeople.com include, in most cases, applicable taxes and fees, such as VAT, goods and services taxes, hotel taxes, among others.
In some cases, local taxes (municipal, tourist, etc.) may be charged separately.
Taxes and fees are calculated based on the price before discounts or coupons, unless local regulations consider them as a reduction of the price.
Depending on the jurisdiction, taxes may change between the reservation date and the travel date. If this happens, it will be your responsibility to cover the difference.
PROVIDERS AND PRICE DISPLAY
All products offered on jumpeople.com come from external service providers. Although JUMPEOPLE works to ensure the accuracy of prices, they may change frequently.
Additional charges such as administrative fees, baggage fees, or local taxes not included in the initial price displayed may apply.
Certain products may be offered in a currency different from what is displayed in the search results. Currency conversion is approximate and subject to the fees and commissions of your payment provider.
TAX RESPONSABILITY
JUMPEOPLE acts as an intermediary between Users and Service Providers, who are responsible for remitting taxes to the relevant tax authorities. In certain jurisdictions, JUMPEOPLE may be required to collect and remit certain taxes.
The user is responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations, such as taxes, fees, or additional charges that may arise from purchasing services through JUMPEOPLE, according to the tax laws of their country of residence.
General Terms of Cancellation and Modification
Dependence on Service Provider: The cancellation and modification policies of the services offered by JUMPEOPLE CORP. are fully determined by the respective service provider. The user is responsible for reviewing and understanding the specific cancellation and modification conditions of each provider before making a reservation.
By completing the purchase or reservation, the user accepts all terms and conditions, including those set by the provider regarding cancellations and modifications. If a modification results in a fare change, it will not be possible to process it, and the only option will be to cancel the original reservation and make a new one.
Specific terms for flights: Flight modifications and cancellations must be handled directly with the airline, as long as the service provider's conditions allow. JUMPEOPLE does not intervene in managing flight changes or applying any additional fees or penalties set by the airline. Users are advised to review the airline's policies before requesting any modification.
General Terms of the Insurance Purchased
Through the JUMPEOPLE CORP. platform, the User may purchase insurance provided by third-party companies. It is the User's responsibility to carefully verify all the conditions and terms associated with each insurance before purchasing it. By purchasing insurance through JUMPEOPLE CORP., the User agrees to the terms stipulated by the respective insurer and the terms set by JUMPEOPLE CORP. in these Terms and Conditions.
Refunds Insurance purchased through JUMPEOPLE CORP. is non-refundable. Cancellation insurance only covers the refund of the travel or module service purchased (flight or event), in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policy. It does not include the refund of other insurances or additional items added during the booking process.
For any claims related to purchased insurance, the User must contact the respective insurer directly.
Regarding cancellations, JUMPEOPLE may process refunds only when the Provider's conditions allow. In these cases, the User must comply with the requirements, deadlines, and procedures established by the respective Provider. The amount refunded will be specified in the Provider's Terms and Conditions at the time of booking.
