The Loyalty Program (hereinafter, the "Program") is offered by Jumpeople Corp. (hereinafter, "Jumpeople") and is exclusively available to individuals over eighteen (18) years old with a valid email address and an active registration in the Program (hereinafter, "members"). By joining the Program, members accumulate points called "Jumps" when making reservations and completing eligible activities on the Jumpeople website. These points can be redeemed for rewards based on availability and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Program is available to individuals aged 18 and older with a valid email address who register as "Jumpers." Participation may be void where prohibited by local law.
Benefits, Accumulation, and Jump Limits
Definition of Jumps
"Jumps" are points that members accumulate through eligible activities and can redeem for discounts and benefits on future reservations.
Standard Conversion
Each 1 USD is equivalent to 100 Jumps. Jumpeople reserves the right to modify this conversion in promotions or due to changes in the Program structure.
Jump Accumulation
Hotel and flight bookings made through the official site qualify for Jump accumulation.
Jumps earned remain in a "pending" status until 24 hours after the booked service has been completed. If the reservation is canceled, pending Jumps will be removed.
If a customer uses Jumps on a reservation that also generates points, the Jumps earned will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after the discount.
Jump Redemption
To initiate any redemption process, the customer must have accumulated at least 500 Jumps. For each specific redemption, a minimum of 500 Jumps must be used, and a maximum equivalent to 5% of the reservation value can be applied. Jumps are non-exchangeable for cash and only apply as discounts on reservations.
Limits
A user can accumulate a maximum of 25,000 unredeemed Jumps. Once this limit is reached, no additional points will be accumulated until the existing ones are used.
Membership Classification and Rewards
Membership Levels
Program members are classified into levels based on the number of accumulated reservations. Depending on their level, they will receive Jump rewards for each reservation made, according to the following proportion:

Premium Jumper | 0.75% hotels; 0.5% flights |
Expert Jumper | 1% hotels; 0.75% flights |
Transfers
Expert Jumpers: Can transfer up to 7,000 Jumps per year to friends or family.
Premium Jumpers: Annual transfer limit of 3,500 Jumps.
Jump Expiration
Jumps accumulated by a Program member are valid for one (1) calendar year. If no reservations are made during this period, the accumulated Jumps will automatically expire and be removed from the account. Additionally, if a user remains inactive, they will lose their current level and be reclassified as a Starter Jumper, restarting from the initial level without additional benefits until they begin accumulating reservations again.
Jump Usage and Restrictions
Refundable Reservations
If a reservation partially paid with Jumps is canceled, the Jumps will be refunded to the customer's account according to the reservation policy.
Restrictions
Jumps do not apply to taxes, additional fees, or reservations outside the Program criteria.
Additional Benefits
Incentives
Birthday Gift: 100 extra Jumps, which must be used within three (3) months.
First-Time Buyers: New customers receive 100 extra Jumps after their first purchase.
Referral Rewards: Each friend invited who completes a reservation generates 100 Jumps for the referrer.
Community Interaction
Members can accumulate additional Jumps by posting reviews with images or uploading photos to the Jumper Community gallery. Each post can generate up to 50 Jumps.
Program Modifications and Regulations
Jumpeople reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice, which may extend to 90 days if deemed necessary. Minor modifications may take effect immediately.
Fraudulent activities or violations of these Terms may result in account cancellation and the loss of accumulated Jumps.
Privacy
Participation in the Program implies acceptance of the use of personal data in accordance with Jumpeople's Privacy Policy.
Unauthorized Activities and Termination
The Program is offered "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Jumpeople is not responsible for errors beyond its reasonable control.
Account Monitoring
Suspicious activity may lead to a temporary account block until the investigation is resolved.
