The Loyalty Program (hereinafter, the "Program") is offered by Jumpeople Corp. (hereinafter, "Jumpeople") and is available exclusively to individuals over eighteen (18) years of age, with a valid email address and an active registration in the Program (hereinafter, "members"). By participating, members accumulate points called "Jumps" by making bookings and completing eligible activities on the website. These points can be redeemed for rewards, subject to availability and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is for individuals over 18 years of age with a valid email and registered as "Jumpers." Participation is void where prohibited by local law.

2. BENEFITS AND ACCUMULATION OF JUMPS

• Definition: "Jumps" are points redeemable for discounts on future bookings.
• Standard conversion: 1 USD = 100 Jumps. Jumpeople may modify this rate during promotions.

Accumulation:

• Hotel/flight bookings made on the website generate Jumps.
• Jumps remain "pending" for up to 24 hours after the service is completed. They are voided if the booking is canceled.
• If Jumps are used in a booking that also earns points, they will be calculated based on the net amount paid.

Redemption:

• Minimum of 500 Jumps required for redemption.
• Not convertible to cash; only applicable as discounts.
• The limit for redeeming Jumps on a booking is a maximum of 5% of the total value of the booking. The customer must pay the remaining 95% with another payment method.

3. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND REWARDS

Levels:

• Starter Jumper: 0.5% (hotels); 0.25% (flights).
• Premium Jumper: 0.75% (hotels); 0.5% (flights).
• Expert Jumper: 1% (hotels); 0.75% (flights).

Annual transfer limits:

• Expert Jumpers: 7,000 Jumps.
• Premium Jumpers: 3,500 Jumps.

Expiration: Jumps expire if no bookings are made within one (1) year.

4. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Incentives:

• Birthday gift: 100 Jumps (valid for 3 months).
• First purchase: Additional 100 Jumps.
• Referrals: 100 Jumps for each friend who completes a booking.
• Interaction: Posting reviews with images or photos in the Jumper Community earns up to 50 Jumps per post.

5. JUMPER COMMUNITY

• Limit: Maximum of 25,000 unredeemed Jumps. Once this cap is reached, no more Jumps will be accumulated until some are used.
• Refundable bookings: Jumps used will be returned if the booking is canceled (according to the refund policy).
• Restrictions: Not applicable to taxes, additional fees, or non-eligible bookings.

6. MODIFICATIONS

Jumpeople may modify or cancel the Program at any time. Significant changes will be announced 90 days in advance. Any fraudulent activity will result in account termination and loss of Jumps.

7. PRIVACY

Participation implies acceptance of data use in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES

The Program is provided "as is" with no warranties. Jumpeople is not responsible for errors beyond its control.

Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension.
